Hi everyone! I am Beatrice and I am currently a first-year PhD student at Bocconi University in Milan. Previously, I had the privilege to attend King’s College London where I completed my LL.M. in Law and Finance. During my undergraduate studies at La Sapienza University of Rome, I joined the prestigious Columbia Law School in New York City to complete my research on the impact of big data on digital markets. Through my experiences abroad I developed a strong inclination and interest in legal and economic issues with a preference for innovative topics regarding new technologies. My research area concerns banks and financial institutions, market regulation and systemic risks. More specifically, my current project is about the legal implications of the crypto-assets on the financial markets. Passionate about financial markets, banking systems, and European regulatory policy.
